Meet SPOC
In 2003, the three founders of SPOC identified a grey area in the market of service provision for information and communication technology, and with their background from Telkom and Siemens, they decided to fill that gap. They were passionate about creating and successfully implementing suggested, workable solutions to get businesses and individuals connected in a sustainable manner.
By 2005, SPOC had been awarded its first multi-site tender and we received the Siemens Partner of the Year Award, a title we went on to win for five consecutive years. In 2011, SPOC had already signed up our first national key point as customers and completed our first international installation; we were ready to develop with our changing telecommunications industry into IP.
SPOC won the Nashua Gores Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014, and also opened our Cape Town branch. In 2015, we increased our clientele to include a PBX offering to Panasonic, NEC, and Avaya. By the next year, we opened a satellite office in Natal and started offering Hosted PBX Solutions as well as expanding our offerings to Fibre, Wireless, and LTE Connectivity Solutions.
We presented our first Flexxi-range solution, FlexxiCom, in 2017, and by 2018 we launched our own VoIP Platform.
In 2021, we launched our very own Hosted PBX Platform and received the ATOS Spotlight Award.
How we do business
SPOC focuses on providing business communication services to a wide range of customers and is not only services and sales driven; we also focus on providing resources in consulting and project management so as to provide the client with the best possible solutions.

SPOC is in the business of providing information and communication technology solutions for small, medium, and large businesses. These solutions need to meet the unique needs of the client whether that is installing a Fibre line to improve the connectivity for the business or providing complete, end-to-end communication solutions.
Furthermore, the solutions must be scalable and flexible to ensure they can change as your business grows and your needs change. SPOC does not just want to provide once-off solutions and products; we ensure that installation is done unobtrusively and that we can always be ready to maintain the equipment and systems with highly knowledgeable technical staff. To that end, our staff keeps up to date on the latest developments and techniques to provide the best services.
