Desired Experience & Qualification:

· Telecommunication, PBX, VoIP and network installations and support – onsite and remotely.
· Working experience supporting ICT Infrastructure and its associated technologies.
· Ability to analyse, resolve problems and perform root cause analysis on ITC and telephony equipment.
· IP voice routing.
· Microtik certified
· Solid knowledge on IP PBX’s and VoIP
· Understanding of available technologies and features.
· Must have knowledge on Unify, Microtik, Yeastar, 3CX, Ubiquity and Grandstream.
· Matric with relevant Qualification form an accredited educational institution.
