Delivery Timeframe
Spoc Managed Services aims to deliver orders within 48 hours in the Western Cape,
subject to:
• Stock availability
• Order confirmation and payment clearance
• Delivery location accessibility
For deliveries outside the Western Cape, lead times will be communicated during order
processing.
Returns & Replacements
We accept the return of most defective or damaged products within 7 days of the
invoice date, subject to the conditions below:
Eligible Returns:
• Defective or faulty products reported within 7 days
• Products received in damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours)
• Products returned unopened and in original packaging within 5 days
A credit, exchange, repair, or replacement will be issued upon inspection.
Non-Eligible Returns:
• Returns submitted after 7 days (standard manufacturer warranty applies)
• Products returned opened, used, or not in original packaging
• Damage not reported within the stipulated timeframe
Important Return Conditions:
• Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier. Please refuse
delivery and notify us immediately.
• If damage is only identified after accepting delivery, please notify us within 24
hours and retain all original packaging for inspection.
• All accepted returns are subject to a minimum 15% handling and restocking
fee.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
• Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless otherwise agreed.
• We strongly recommend insuring return shipments against loss or damage in
transit.
• All returns must be received by Spoc Managed Services within 5 days of the
original invoice date to qualify for credit or exchange.
